Eggless Fruit Cake Recipe

Material

  1. 1 cup all purpose flour
  2. 1/2 cup milk powder
  3. 1/2 cup oil
  4. 1/2 cup milk
  5. 1/2 cup sugar powder
  6. 1 teaspoon baking powder
  7. 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  8. 1 teaspoon mix fruit essence
  9. Whipped cream as needed
  10. Fruit as required
  11. Sugar syrup as required
  12. Orange color as required

Method –

  1. Sieve Maida baking powder milk powder 3 to 4 times in a bowl
  2. Mix oil and sugar powder in another bowl and whisk well
  3. Add fine flour baking powder, milk powder and mix slowly.
  4. Add milk and beat well
  5. Add mixed fruit essence and baking soda and whisk in the mold
  6. Put a stand in the preheat cooker and place the mold on it
  7. Bake for 40 to 45 minutes
  8. Beat the cream with a hand blender
  9. Cut the cake into 3 layers
  10. Apply sugar syrup to the first layer and then apply cream
  11. Keep chopped fruits
  12. Apply sugar syrup cream fruit on both layers
  13. Add orange color to the cream and mix in a piping bag
  14. Decorate with nozzle
  15. Garnish the cake with fruit
